The Call for applications 2024 is open

LE STUDIUM Loire Valley Institute for Advanced Studies is pleased to inform you that the 2024 Smart Loire Valley Programme application call is now open.
Deadline for submission of applications is set on Thursday 15th February 2024 at 5:00pm (CET Paris time).
This call is open to all research disciplines and offers different types of awards to international experienced researchers to conduct high-quality and innovative research in a Centre-Val de Loire research institute laboratory:
- LE STUDIUM Professorship
- LE STUDIUM Visiting Researcher
- LE STUDIUM Integration Fellowship*
- LE STUDIUM Consortium
Awards plan for residencies from 3 to 12-month residencies with:
- Support to travel costs
- Integration in an international scientific community
- Funding and organisation of international scientific events
- Enabling environment (housing, administrative support, etc...)
* LE STUDIUM Integration fellowship awards offer a remuneration

- The guidelines presenting objectives, eligibility and selection criteria as well as the selection process through independent evaluations and Scientific Council;
- The Indicative application format enabling to write a draft and to further copy/paste it online.
- The template for the part B of the application form
Nota bene: Candidates have to identify a research team in the Centre-Val de Loire region accepting to host the residency. A list of research institutes / laboratories is available on Le Studium website. If necessary, LE STUDIUM can help establishing a link with a research institute / laboratory in the desired scientific field in the region.
